Here at Check First, we offer different types of home and property inspection services designed to maximise customer satisfaction:

• Full Report – A clear, accurate and precise report designed to be easily understood and interpreted. All reports are completed within 24 hours of inspection and can be sent to you either via email or post.
• Verbal Report – These are a more affordable option to the full report. The service consists of a full inspection followed by a verbal discussion about the property.
• Non-Invasive Testing – Check First can conduct a moisture test of the property using a handheld device. The test is meant to check for indications of moisture issues.
